If you are interested in a puppy/rescue that is not ready to go home, I can hold that puppy/rescue for you with a deposit.

I can not hold a puppy/dog without a deposit. I accept Western Union or US Postal Money Orders as forms of payment.

I can hold a puppy/dog without a deposit for 24 HOURS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!

I am sorry but at this time I do not except PAYPAL.

DEPOSITS  are:  $200.00

All adoption fees must be paid in full before they are sent to their forever homes.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE... NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the unfortunate event that something should happen to the puppy/dog you have a deposit on, or my Veterinarian finds that the Pomeranian has a Life threatening defect, the deposit can be applied toward another Pomeranian.

Our Poms are not perfect but we do not allow our moms to have pups if they are not healthy and without any health concerns.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE POMERANIAN?...

Once I receive a deposit, an adoption pending will be placed on your puppy/rescue until all adoptions fees are collected.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

All puppies/rescues must have all fees applied by the time they are 8 weeks old unless prior arrangements have been made.  If I do not receive the balance due by the time the puppy is 9 weeks old, the puppy will be placed as Available to a good home and you will forfeit your deposit. So please be sure you send all fees on time.  (there is a one week grace period) Specific arrangements are made with all rescues depending on each situation.

If you are picking up your Pomeranian in person we accept CASH ONLY.

WESTERN UNION AND US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED 1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR PUPPY LEAVES- NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are now excepting PAYPAL!! Transactions must clear before the puppy will be able to be picked up or shipped.  Also adoptee pays the 3% that paypal charges for their services.

Your Puppy/dog must be picked up when they are ready to go. If prior arraignments have not been made and the puppy/dog is not picked up when he/she is ready to go there will be an additional $45.00 PLUS $5.00 PER DAY ADDED to the balance of your puppy/dog, unless prior arraignments have been made in writing.

WHEN WILL MY PUPPY BE READY TO GO HOME?...

Most puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 to 10 weeks of age, weather permitting.

All of my babies have to have had at least there first two canine shots. Some of my (tiny Pomeranian puppies) are not ready until they are 12 weeks old, it depends on size, how well they are eating and how well they did with weaning.

I know that everyone is excited about getting their new baby home, but please remember that the breeder knows best. Please be patient and do what is best for your new baby. I will let you know at least a week in advance that you’re Pomeranian is ready to go. Pomeranian's must be picked up when they are ready to go, unless prior arraignments have been made.

WHAT SHOULD I GET FOR MY NEW PUPPY?...

You should pick up these things before getting your new puppy/dog:

A blanket or soft towels, food and water dish, Nutro-Cal, brush, nail clippers, collar, leash, and of course lots of toys.  It will be up to you were you keep your new puppy when you are away but I suggest at least for the first 6 months that you keep him/her in a safe place such as a wire crate or similar cage.  Your shipping crate is not for everyday use.

WHAT BRAND OF FOOD SHOULD I GET FOR THE PUPPY?

At this time I feed my Pom babies Eukanuba (Small Breed Petite Race) and I also feed them: a number of other kinds of food and they get bully sticks and baby carrots as treats. My adults eat Nutro, Eagle Pack and Diamond all mixed together.

WHEN COMING TO GET YOUR NEW BABY...

When your Pomeranian is ready to go home we will schedule a time to meet that is good for everyone.

Buyers may pickup their new puppy at a specific meeting place decided upon by both parties.
We offer free delivery within a 30 mile radius of our home. Or with a $75.00 to $150.00 fee (depending on actual mileage), we will drive to meet the adoptee up to 200 miles from our home at the time and place agreed upon with the adoptee.  Beyond 200 miles your puppy will be shipped.

No one is permitted in my home, when I have new born puppies up to 12 weeks old. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Disease is easily spread in dogs, you can pick up Parvo, Kennel Cough, Distemper and many other diseases just by walking down a sidewalk that an infected animal has been on.

You can pick it up in a Pet store, Vets Office or even in a Park and carry it on your shoes, clothing and hands. You can spread the disease without knowing it. We simply cannot put our Pom babies at risk. I'm sure you would not want it to be your baby that was the one that became ill from this.  We offer as many pictures as you would like and would be happy to include referances as well.

SHIPPING

I ship my Pomeranian's through Delta Airlines, or Continental if needed, from either Fort Wayne International Airport or Indianapolis Airport.

Shipping cost is $300.00.  Shipping cost include the puppy/dogs airline ticket, crate, health certificate and rabies shot if needed. (add $20.00 for rabies shot if over 12 weeks of age)

I provide an airline approved crate, a blanket/or newspaper for the crate, food and water dish for the crate.  Food will also be shipped with your puppy along with the AKC papers if included.  Also shot records and health certificate which is required for shipping.

If I did not feel shipping was safe I would not ship my Pomeranian's. The puppies/dog do just fine and actually just sleep or play in their crate until they get there.  All of my puppies are use to their crate before they fly out.

If you are getting your Pomeranian shipped to you I recommend taking baby wipes and paper towels to the airport with you incase he/she has an accident in his/her crate or on the way home. The puppies/dog do have food with them when they travel and before they leave. But if you have a long way to drive you should bring water for the puppy incase his water dish is empty.  Nutro-cal is also a good thing to keep on-hand for your new puppy.

WHAT IF THINGS DO NOT WORK OUT WITH MY NEW PUPPY?

If for any reason at anytime you are unable to keep the Pomeranian,  please contact me, I will assist you in finding a new home for the puppy/dog. I do not want any of my Pomeranian's to end up in Puppy mills, shelters or in a home not suitable for a Pomeranian. I will always take the Pom back at any age no questions asked but I can not refund your adoption fee.  Sorry

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOSE WHERE MY POMERANIAN'S GO, I ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ADOPTION TO ANYONE I AM NOT COMFORTABLE PLACING OUR POMERANIAN'S WITH.

WARRANTY

We provide quality puppies. We do not guarantee size, color (some coat colors change when adult coat develops), coat, or temperament. We also do not guarantee our puppies for breeding or show.  They are sold as is and are sold as pets only.  We can only make an educated guess to the best of our knowledge as to quality, and size.  Should you pick a puppy for breeding or show I will do my best to place you with a perfect puppy, but no dog is perfect.  Just the same as no person is perfect.

Rescues are just that rescues so they are going to need time to adjust too. They are being sent to rescue either because they have a bad habit or someone had to move or there was a death in the family and so on.  Sometimes we do not know the history on a rescue that has been passed on to us.  Please be patient but also remember the responsibility of a pet.  We give no warranty on rescues. They come in all shapes and sizes and some have health issues.  Everything we know about them will be provided to you before adoption.  We want you and your Pom to be a perfect fit and enjoy each other.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

This applies to all deposits and adoption fees.

It is the responsibility of the adoptee to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase/receipt of the puppy or any replacement puppy will be null and void.  Once examined and found healthy, seller assumes no further responsibility.  If your vet finds a life-threatening genetic problem either at first visit or anytime within the first two years, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value and of the same gender, and color as soon as one becomes available. We must have a statement from your vet stating the nature of the problem, the puppy/dog and all of it's paper work to be returned with the puppy/dog for a replacement to be made.  I will split normal shipping charges ($300) for any returned puppy if needed. (up to $150 each way should you choose another puppy)

I assumes no responsibility for a puppy/dog after leaving our premises which includes, but is not limited to: injuries, vet and or medical bills, allergies, family disputes, landlord disagreements, insurance coverage, and or housebreaking.

Our guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of the puppy and becomes void if ownership is changes or is transferred.

And don't forget Poms are always welcomed back for any reason no questions asked at any age young or old.  No refunds will be made.
